Neyver Quispe was just 20 years old when he took over from his grandparents and has since worked to refine the farm’s infrastructure and elevate coffee quality.

Refining every step

Although the farm continues to operate with a relatively simple setup, Neyver is steadily improving each stage of the process. He has built a large drying facility to ease pressure during peak harvest and create space for experimenting with natural coffees.
