High altitude expression

Grown at around 2000 meters in the Andes, this coffee reflects the clarity and sweetness that high-altitude cultivation can bring. Yellow Caturra, a natural mutation of Bourbon, is widely planted in the region for its ability to produce vibrant and well-balanced cup profiles under these conditions.

This microlot undergoes a double fermentation designed to enhance sweetness and depth. The cherries are selectively harvested at peak ripeness, and carefully sorted for consistency.

Cajamarca is one of Peru’s most promising regions for specialty coffee. With high elevations, a stable climate, and distinct micro-terroirs, the area offers ideal conditions for producing coffees with clarity, character, and depth.
